The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office - Central (RHCO-C), Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell is issuing this sources sought for market research purposes only. Any responses to this notice will be used for planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation of offers, nor is it a notice to proceed. See attached specifications.

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. See attached performance work statement (PWS).

Vendors that consider themselves capable of providing the required services are invited to submit a capability statement for the government to consider via email to the point of contact (POC) listed herein. The capability statement shall include the following:

1. Vendor name (to include CAGE code and DUNS number); POC (to include e-mail address and phone number); business size.

2. Documentation that demonstrates the capability to perform these services. This documentation shall include information such as, but not limited to:

a. Certification/authorization to perform on this specific equipment;
b. Barring such certification/authorization, how the vendor will warrant their work/this equipment and indemnify the government against any and all liabilities that arise from the continued use of this equipment, thereby overcoming the manufacturer's assertion of propriety of these services, while maintaining FDA certification/approval.
