•- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
Primary MATOC:
•- The Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) shall be the primary contract to which any and all task orders for required projects identified by Malmstrom AFB as projects for inclusion in the MATOC shall be advertised amongst the identified pool of contractors. The Government intends to award up to eight separate contracts under this multiple award type of contract. Of the eight identified awardees the Government will include a minimum of one 8(a) and one HUBZone identified construction business. However; upon award of the up to eight awardees, all awardees shall compete on an equal basis for award of each identified task order issued. The Government intends to advertise and award this MATOC with a basic ordering period of five-years and one option period of two-years for a total contract period of seven-years. The MATOC Not to Exceed NTE is identified at $90M. The Request for Proposal documents will be available on or about 23 May 2019. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 25 June 2019. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Initial Task Order Project:
•- The proposed initial task order awarded under the MATOC is the Building 655 (Dormitory) renovation project on Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. However, the Government reserves the right to change or substitute this project for other projects as necessary due to availability or funding constraints. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all demolition, repairs, upgrade, or maintenance requirements in accordance with the associated project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal documents will be available as part of the initial MATOC advertisement on or about 23 May 2019. The Performance Period for this project is four hundred and eighty (480) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the initial project.
