The 341^st Contracting Squadron, Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, Montana is contemplating a solicitation for a multiple award MATOC contract.  Awarded contract would be for the repair, maintenance, repair by replacement, and alteration of real property assets within the confines of Malmstrom AFB; to include the Weapons Storage Area (WSA) and sites located throughout Montana within the Missile Complex.

The primary NAICS for the contract is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.00; however, work can and will consist of any element within the NAICS of 236, 237, and 238.

The Government is interested in identifying small business, to include, 8(a) and HUBZone and anticipates a five year (Base + 4 option periods) with a total contract overall value of around $75,000,000.00.  Actual projects upon award of the main MATOC are at this time estimated to be at a minimum level of $2,000.00 and not to exceed $5,000,000.00 per Task Order.  The Government intends to use this information for business type decisions on the final solicitation product.

The Government is interested in contractors that have the ability to serve in the capacity of "Prime" contractors whom have the ability to accomplish multiple craft type projects through the usage of subcontractors.  Possible subcontracting opportunities would be electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression systems, fire alarm and detection systems, excavations, road and asphalt improvements, and HTHW Systems.
