This project generally consists of the furnishing and installation of a new box culvert with end walls, new stormwater pipes and structures, pavement restoration, curbing, tree removal, tree planting, and other work as described on the Plans and Contract Documents, complete in place. The Bid Form includes all items which may be awarded by the Owner. All items shall include furnishing all labor, equipment, material, and appurtenances to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the items listed under Base Bid. The Base Bid includes the following items, all labor, equipment and materials to perform the items complete: a. Perform construction stakeout survey. b. Install all required Erosion and Sedimentation Controls. c. Remove designated trees. d. Install box culvert and end walls. e. Install stormwater pipes and structures as shown on the Contract Documents. f. Lay out curb geometry. Install pavement and curbing per plans and details. g. Plant new trees and landscape, including establishment period maintenance and watering, and planting soils. h. Grade and restore site as shown on the Contract Documents.
