Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Dennis Clague - Director of Business Services, 2845 Greensprings Drive, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. No bids will be received after 2:00 PM on May 11, 2023, at which time the bids will be publicly opened. Plans and bid documents will be available to potential bidders and for public inspection starting Wednesday, April 12, 2023, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, by contacting Steven Davidson, ZCS Engineering & Architecture, 900 Klamath Ave. Klamath Falls, OR 97601 (541-884-7421 or [email protected]) and at the Medford and Klamath Falls Builders Exchanges. The project will be a public improvement project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The work contemplated consists of the following: partial re-roof of existing roofing with a new TPO roofing system at Malin Elementary School. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 20th at 3:30pm at the entry of Malin Elementary School. The address is 2153 3rd St, Malin, OR 97632. Attendance at the prebid meeting is not required but is highly recommended.
