This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100713.. NAICS is 333912 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the salient characteristics listed below as described in FAR clause 52.211-6 . 45 CONS, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 is seeking to purchase Brand Name or Equal commercial items manufactured and designed by MAKO, as follows. 0001 QTY 2 EACH MAKO Breathing Air Compressor, MFR Part # BAM09HE3, 33.2 CFM, 6000 PSI, 230 Volt, three phase electric driven. Non-toxic, refills breathing apparatus, mechancial, stand-alone unit . Brand Name or Equal MFG. MAKO, FOB Destination, Patrick AFB, FL.
