The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to the requirements for the performance and delivery of Makito Encoder & Decoder. For specifications please see attachment 1: Statement of Work.
