The U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The solicitation covers make ready services for the US Consulate General in Naples, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Number of STGLeased a/o owned apartments in Naples: 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in February 2017. Please note that in order to be eligible for a US Government award SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
