This upcoming project will be to construct a community well to replace an existing community well on the Makah Water System at the Makah Indian Reservation in Neah Bay, Clallam County, WA 98357.
Under this construction project, the contractor will construct a new water well, conduct pump test and water sampling, install pitless adapter, well pump and connect to existing water supply and electrical power. The new well will be located near an existing well. The new well will be fully developed and tested in compliance with the SDWA requirements for a new source. The new well will be connected to the existing supply line and power previously serving the existing well. The existing well will be converted into a monitoring well.

6. Mechanical Well Development

11. Water Analysis
12. Submersible Well Pump and Accessories
13. Connect Well to Existing Water Supply and Power Supply Lines
14. Convert existing Well ALG-753 to a Monitoring Well

This solicitation will be procured as a RFP in accordance with FAR Part 15 and 36 procedures. This solicitation will be available for download on or about March 16, 2017, with proposals due approximately 30 days after solicitation issuance.
