Under this construction project, the Contractor will construct a new water well, conduct pump test and water sampling, install pitless adapter, well pump and connect to existing water supply and electrical power. New well will be located near an existing well. The new well will be fully developed and tested in compliance with the SDWA requirements for a new source. The new well will be connected to the existing supply line and power previously serving the existing well. The existing well will be converted into a monitoring well.

14. Convert existing Well ALG-753 to a Monitoring Well

Per FAR 36.204, the estimated price range of the resultant construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 million in average annual receipts for the past three years.
