This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0292 is to provide a Maize Winter Nursery in Hawaii in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section.

The associated NAICS is 111150 (“Corn Farming”) with a small business size standard of under $2.5 Million. The applicable PSC is F009 (“Natural Resources/Conservation- Seed Collection/Production”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted.  

It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.

Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.

A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.

All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. All quotes submitted must be valid until at least Monday, September 30, 2024. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, August 12, 2024.
