AFSC/OL:H/PZIMB Services and Commodities Section, Hill AFB UT intends to issue a solicitation and award to Oxford Instruments America, Inc. on a sole source basis for preventative maintenance (PM) and service/repair of two (2) Oxford Inca Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) Systems located in Building 100, Bay D, at Hill AFB, UT. Oxford is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Oxford's specification and standards are proprietary and are not releasable; therefore, Oxford is the only authorized source of parts, maintenance, service, and repair of the EDS System.

Other sources who believe they are capable of supplying the above stated requirement may submit a capability statement and quotation which shall be considered by the agency if received prior to award.
