Maintenance Plan for the Raman Microscope Spectrometer

A full maintenance and support plan is needed maintain and support this vital piece of equipment.  Vendor on-site repair is required in the event of a malfunction. Technical support is also required in the event of minor malfunctions or user assistance with the equipment or software.  Scheduled and emergency service is needed.  Travel, parts, software updates, and customer support must be included in the fixed firm pricing.
