This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure:

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR MSD'S DIGITAL VIDEO PRODUCTION/SERVER XSAN SYSTEMS. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOW. YOU MUST HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCES REQUIRED TO INTERACT WITH CLASSIFIED LEVELS OF VIDEO REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMMAND.

Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is an all or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5.
