The National Gallery of Art (NGA) intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Resurfix Inc. of Flanders, NJ for the maintenance, repair, transportation and storage of the NGA Zamboni machine since they are the only authorized 'Zamboni' authorized maintenance and repair company located in the Mid Eastern States. If there are no responses to this special notice of intent by July, 10, 2008, the NGA will begin the procurement action to establish a multi year, Not-To-Exceed five (5) years contract with the company identified above for the services described.
