Newport Corporation, Spectra-Physics Laser Division is the sole manufacturer and source of all parts and repair services on Spectra-Physics Laser Systems. The proposed award is for a base year of service and two option years. Third party repair vendor to provide a signed agreement with the OEM to provide certified technicians and OEM parts.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; all responses received, before the closing date, of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that the RFQ NICHD-19-010 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due five (5) days after the release of the RFQ at 11AM EST.
