This requirement is for maintenance of SencorpWhite storage and retrieval carousels located at Womack Army Medical Center, (WAMC) and Joel Medical Clinic, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Maintenance include Unlimited on-site service calls for repairs on all machine-based failures; Unlimited Phone Support access to company Hotline; Response within 24 Normal Business Hours (NBH Coverage is described as Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, if not reconcilable by phone; Two (2) prescheduled Preventive Maintenance visits; Unlimited Remedial Service, including repair parts and service consumables; and no additional charges for on-site labor, travel, time, or expenses.
