This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5M. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P) at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service, purchase order to the successful quoter. TAMC has a requirement to provide maintenance and repair of Government owned Parata P2000, Parata Max, and Parata Mini systems at Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The contractor will provide all labor, parts, test equipment, travel, and materials not Government furnished necessary to repair and/or maintain the system components operational to manufacturer's specifications.
