1. The contract is for Maintenance of Government Quarters within USAG Ansbach, which includes cleaning work, repair and interior painting work, repair and replacement of floors, and Mold Removal.

2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of € 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of €6,000,000.00.

3. Contract period: 08 April 2019 - 07 Apr 2024.

4. Thirty (30) % of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.

5. The solicitation will be issued on this web site or about 01 June 2018 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 02 July 2018. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments.
