The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Spatial Integrated Systems Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis for a 1 year maintenance contract on Unigraphics Software to include: 19 each NX Cast On-Line Library-Single P/N: CA10000-MT, 1 each TCEng - Manager for NX P/N: IM12201-MT, 1 each CAM Data Manager User P/N: IM20300-MT, 1 each NX CAM Express - Advanced Maching P/N: NX10440-MT, 2 each NX Mach 3 Product Design P/N: NX13100-MT, 1 each NX Open Grip Author P/N: NX30107-MNT, 2 each NX Advanced Sheet Metal Design P/N: NX30111, 1 each NX Electrical Cable and Harness P/N: NX30152-MT, 1 each WIND NX Software and Doc Media Sit Set - Windows P/N: UG10000-WI, 3 each NX Advanced Design Bundle P/N: UG10765-MT, 17 each NX Advanced Design Bundle P/N: UG10765-MT, 12 each NX Advanced Assemblies P/N: UG10815-MT, 1 each NX Motion Simulation P/N: UG11031-MT, 1 each NX Open C and C++ Runtime P/N: UG12210-MNT, and 2 each NX Open Grip Runtime P/N: UG12230-MT. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above requirement shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
