This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract with Base Year and 4 Option Years to DIEBOLD, INCORPORATED, 5995 MAYFAIR RD, NORTH CANTON, OH 44720-1597 for FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT on pre existing Security Equipment, located at BLDG 3889, 1600 SEABEE DRIVE, JEB LITTLE CREEK, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA 23459. These services are needed to maintain the form, fit, and functional characteristics of existing equipment currently being used.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support this requirement by November 19, 2013, 1600 (4:00 p.m.) by email to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
