The National Institutes of Health Radiology & Imaging Sciences Department requires continued maintenance for network hardware and software and coverage for new network hardware and software installed in 11/2009. Statement of Work PRTS# 170595 Three Cisco SMARTnet contracts are to be modified for the period of February 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010. Each contact number reflects a different level of Cisco SMARTNet service coverage. # 2286544 – SMARTnet 8x5xxNBD # 2376480 – Software applications support # New – SMARTnet 24x7x4 (SNTP) All the equipment to be serviced is manufactured and produced by Cisco, Inc. The Cisco equipment is critical to the daily operations of the Radiology and Imaging Sciences patient care computer network. This request is a modification to the current Radiology and Imaging Sciences SMARTnet contracts. The equipment to be covered has recently completed its warranty period and needs to be added to the existing contacts. This request will extend coverage until 9/30/2010 at which time the maintenance will be combined with other NIH Clinical Center SMARTnet service contracts.
