These instruments are used by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) Division of Intramural Research (DIR) investigators to carry out experiments requiring single cell interrogation of a large number.  Due to the high number of clients reliant on these instruments, they must be maintained to a high performance level.  BD Biosciences is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). BD currently does not have any authorized third party vendors that can perform these services.

 All responsible sources that have a contract with BD to perform these services may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition.
