The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District intends to solicit for Maintenance Dredging located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The work include mobilize dredge to the Green Bay Harbor, located in Brown County, WI. Dredge between the upstream and downstream limits shown on the plans in the bay. Material shall be placed within center cell of Cat Island Dredg Material Disposal Facility. Demobilize when dredging is completed.
The Project is being procured as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, which has a small business sized standard of 27.5 million in average receipt.
The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
The Tentative Date for Posting the Solicitation is estimated April 14, 2018.
The solicitation package will include the drawing/plans and specifications. The solicitation package will be
available only electronically via FedBizOpps at WWW.fbo.gov. Request for solicitation package made by telephone, via email or fax will not be honored.
In order to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractor must register their firm at the System Award Management (SAM) website:WWW.SAM.gov.
System Award Management (SAM) - New registrant are required to provide a notarized letter confirmation. Instruction for registering entities are available the SAM website. Registration may take several days to become active depending on the information provided.
