The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on other than full and open competition the purchase for a maintenance contract for the Illumina HiScan from Illumina, Inc., 5200 Illumina Way, San Diego, CA 92121-1975 for  HiScan H111 Basic HiScan‐Basic Item # SV‐103‐1002.  This maintenance includes equipment hardware (HW) and software (SW) upgrades from the original manufacturer as soon as they are released, full coverage for parts, labor and travel; Reagent replacement upon HW failures; 0 PM; Remote Technical Support; 5 business day on‐site response and On‐site applications support.

All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition.
