The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has a requirement for the services contained in the enclosed request for quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is issued, and award will be made, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13: Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The NRC anticipates awarding a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation.

Instructions to Quoters

1. Offerors are requested to provide the following information:
A) Price Quotation
Please fill out Section A.3 COST/PRICE SCHEDULE.

B) Offeror Representations and Certifications
i) The quotation shall be signed, by an official authorized to bind your organization, and contain a statement indicating the period of time the quotation is in effect (not less than 60 days).
ii) Please complete Section A.4 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-- COMMERCIAL ITEMS.
iii) Your organization is required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov. Please also provide the NRC with your DUNS Number______________.

2. This RFQ closes at 2:00pm EST on Friday, September 10, 2010.

3. Your organization's quotation should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected]. The NRC is not responsible for electronic difficulties and/or administrative problems associated with the transmission of any files to the NRC.

4. Your quotation shall communicate your unconditional assent to any special requirements unique to the order.
