DSCA plans to request proposals/quotes for the maintenance and enhancement of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). The acquisition will be made with the use of the GSA STARS II program. It will be posted for competition among vendors eligible under Constellation 1 Custom Computer Programming Services.
A DRAFT performance work statement (PWS), DRAFT Instructions to Offerors and DRAFT Evaluation Factors is posted with this Presolicitation Announcement. The documents are DRAFTs, but are provided so that interested parties may ask questions and begin preparing packages, as the solicitation may only be opened for the minimum of time. One and a half to two weeks is estimated at this time. The solicitation may be posted on or about 11 October 2013.
