Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF), intends to award a sole source, unrestricted Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Oxford Instruments America, Inc. for Comprehensive - X- Act- On Site Maintenance for an Oxford Instrument X-Ray Microanalysis System.  The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

The contract will contain a base period of September 25, 2017 through September 24, 2018, with (3) one-year option periods.  Units are located at PHNSY & IMF Quality Assurance Department Laboratory Division, Bldg 1443, 1^st floor, JBPHH HI 96860.
