AMENDMENT 001 - Attachment III
The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions submitted and modify the Statement of Work.

The Statement of Work is hereby modified to include the following individual modules and associated serial numbers:
1.) Eluent Generator: S/N 11091129;
2.) Dual Pump Module: S/N 11091054;
3.) Conductivity Module (Chromatography Module): S/N 11091200; and
4.) Autosampler: S/N 11091148.
