The City of Fresno Public Works Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms to prepare the plans, specifications and estimates for the installation of school crossing traffic signals, countdown heads and crosswalks near Anthony Elementary (Blackstone and Webster), Heaton Elementary (McKinley and San Pablo) and Muir Elementary (Dennett and Palm). Sidewalk ramp installation at Glenn and Webster and accessible pedestrian signal upgrades at McKinley and Van Ness and other design elements necessary and specific to the project location. Funding for this project is through Active Transportation Program (ATP), administered by Caltrans.
