The City of Fresno, Public Works Department, Facilities Management Division is currently soliciting proposals for professional services for the development, implementation and support of a Job Order Contract (JOC) Program. JOC is another term for unit price contracting and governed by PCC 20128.5. The duration of the JOC Professional services contract will be maximum of five (5) years.
