The City of Fresno Department of Public Works (City) is Requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Engineering firms to prepare a Systemic Safety Analysis Report to evaluate roadway networks and identify safety projects. Funding for this project is through the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), administered by Caltrans on behalf of the Federal Highway Administration. This request for proposal is for a project-specific contract between the City of Fresno and Consultant for the performance of services and a defined scope of work related to this project. The scope of services will consist of roadway data collection, traffic safety countermeasures and roadway system analysis for the Systemic Safety Analysis Report Program (SSARP).
