The City of Fresno (City) desires to select qualified Respondents to provide professional consulting services for development of redesign and complete replacement plans for water and sewer infrastructure at Camp Fresno. Qualified engineering firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). This is a comprehensive design project focused on the full replacement of Camp Fresno’s water/sewer infrastructure. The City desires to select a qualified Respondent to provide professional consulting services to develop redesign and full replacement plan of Camp Fresno/Camp Fresno Junior’s water and sewer infrastructure, prepare construction documents, assist the City in contract award selection process and serve as project manager. Qualified engineering firms are invited to submit a SOQ. Both the water and sewer systems are severely degraded; water leaks are numerous, and infiltration/inflow (I&I) into the wastewater collection system is significant. The overall goal is to significantly improve efficiency of overall system and distribution, mitigate number and/or length of water and sewer lines running throughout camp therefore extensive infrastructure removal and replacement is required to provide acceptable service including water quality protection. Consideration to design options includes separate independent system(s) for Camp Fresno and Camp Fresno Junior.
