The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities (City) is seeking professional consultant services for the Replacement of one Makeup Air Unit and two Air Handling Units (Units) in the Headworks Building at the RWRF. The services shall include (1) the assessment of equipment capacity needs, (2) the preparation of plans and specifications consisting of the mechanical equipment improvements and necessary building structural alterations, if any, and (3) bidding and construction support during these phases of this project.
