This solicitation is NOT a Small Business Set-Aside. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the product specified in this synopsis should request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) 14-073. It is anticipated that the RFQ NIH-NICHD-14-073 will be available eight (8) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due eight (8) days after the release of the RFQ. All interested parties to this solicitation may request a copy of the RFQ package, by EMAIL ONLY at [email protected]. All requests must contain offerors name, address and email address.

Note: In order to receive an award, contractor must be registered and have valid certification in the System for Award Management (SAM) @ www.Sam.gov, formerly Central Contractor Registration/CCR. Lack of valid registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award.
