• Technical support for pretest planning activities includes Readiness Reviews, development or update of test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test procedures, test scripts, data collection, and analysis plans.
• Test Support includes participation and providing support during test execution thus adhere to the test plans, test procedures, individual test scripts, and ensure deviations are documented for inclusion in the posttest report.
• Cyber test support includes creating, analyzing, and exploiting vulnerabilities using tools, processes, and techniques designed to provide fact-based analysis during the vulnerability disclosure process.
• Posttest support upon test completion.
• Participation and providing meeting support during and after test events, to include participation on Test Team Review Group (TTRG) meetings, Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and Technical Review Boards (TRBs).
• Documentation support.

This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary; and the Government assumes NO responsibility for any costs incurred; and will not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Telephone inquiries will not be entertained, accepted, or acknowledged and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their capability submissions.
If your organization has the potential capabilities to perform these contract services, please provide responses and SUBMIT the following: (1) the contractor's experiences on complex and similar requirements as described above; (2) a reference list of relevant DOD contracts within the past three years, to include contract number, dollar value, a brief description of services, and points of contact with phone number; (3) information related to the contractor's business size and socioeconomic status; (4) GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract number or other Government contracts citing the applicable labor mixes that are authorized under the referenced contract; and (5) a statement as to the capability of providing employees with the required (top secret) security clearances.
