• MCTSSA focus areas support: strategic thrust areas, designated to grow and extend beyond current technical abilities and to provide improvements to existing capabilities. Test Support includes participation and providing support during test execution thus adhere to the test plans, test procedures, individual test scripts, and ensure deviations are documented for inclusion in the posttest report. The focus areas may include, but are not limited to: MAGTF Naval Integration, Cloud Computing and Wireless, Cyber, MPY.
• Science and Technology Engineering: MCTSSA frequently supports special technical events, such as those lead by the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
• Architecture development and analysis: architecture development and analysis products to support overall engineering and technical support services.
• MPY Activities: provide MPY engineering services that incorporate virtualization support to ensure secure and reliable networks and services.
• Requirements Development: develop engineering, technical, or test requirements, depending on the particular event, project, or working group.
• T&E Support: provide T&E support and participate in the planning and execution of test activities in support of the MAGTF C4I System of Systems Testing (SoST) or any other technical support.
• Document Reviews: review, analyze, and provide written comments for technical documentation (e.g., technical studies, system performance and requirement specifications, interface and design documents, version description documents, system manuals, engineering and interface change proposals).

This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary; and the Government assumes NO responsibility for any costs incurred; and will not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Telephone inquiries will not be entertained, accepted, or acknowledged and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their capability submissions.
If your organization has the potential capabilities to perform these contract services, please provide responses and SUBMIT the following: (1) the contractor's experiences on complex or similar requirements; (2) a reference list of relevant DOD contracts within the past three years, to include contract number, dollar value, a brief description of services, and points of contact with phone number; (3) information related to the contractor's business size and socioeconomic status; (4) the GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract number or other Government contracts citing the applicable labor mixes that are authorized under the referenced contract; and (5) a statement as to the capability of providing employees with the required (top secret) security clearances.
