The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotation from vendors to provide 1. (3ea) MacPro with the following specifications Two (2) 2.66GHz Quad-core Intel Xeon, 8GB (4x2GB), NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512MB, 640GB 7200-4PM SERIAL ATA 3GB/S( X3), ONE 18X SUPER DRIVE, APPLE MIGHT MOUSE, APPLE KEYBOARD WITH NUMERIC KEYPAD (English) and User's Guide Country kits; 2. (3ea) Apple Care Protection Plan AUTOENR0LL FOR MAC PRO (WITH/ OR WITH OUT DISPLAY APPLECARE and 3. (3ea.) Apple 30" Cinema HD Display APPLE COMPUTER. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation: therefore, written request for quotation will not be issued. This procurement is 100 % set aside for small businesses. The Request for quotation (RFQ number is RFQ-09-0145). The resulting purchase order shall be based on price and delivery time frame. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF 1449 on company letter head. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any applicable credit or trade in delivery date, any port payment discounter's company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS number, and size status (SMALL DISADVANTAGED VETERAN OWN BUSINESS.
