Sole Source Intent

The Marine Corps Installation-East Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to JWC Environmental Inc. 2600 S. Garnsey Street, Santa Ana, CA 92707, CAGE CODE OVGU8 under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) "Only Soliciting from a Single Source".

Proprietary rights for this requirement is for a Macerator Sewage Treatment pump unit, for which parts and services are patented by JWC Environmental Inc., and are the only authorized manufacturer for these parts and services.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a comeptitive procurement. Reponses must be submitted on or before the closing date/time of this notice for consideration. All responses shall be sent via email to [email protected] .
