Work requirements statement: The work to modernize the electric and control systems will require the contractor phase work and to supply temporary power and appurtances necessary to maintain lock operations and controls per required timeframes.
Security: The contractor personnel will be required to obtain Security Clearance and undergo a background check through the USACE Security Office.
The contract is expected to be advertised in early to mid July 2014 and awarded in mid to late August 2014. It is anticipated that the required contract completion will be in 880 days.
