This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for purchase M9 Sync Board Software upgarde for the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 . This is not a request of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
