On a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis, Army Contracting Command - Warren plans to solicit for the M9 Bayonet and Scabbard. A First Article Test will be required. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a 100% option.

NSN: 1095-01-227-1739, P/N: 12011860, Noun: M9 Bayonet and Scabbard; Minimum Guaranteed Quantity:  900 each; Maximum quantity: 36,250 each.  The successful awardee will receive a guaranteed minimum order for NSN: 1095-01-227-1739.  Future orders will be issued as delivery orders to the awardee in accordance with the terms outlined in the solicitation and resulting contract.

NAICS Code: 332211, Option quantity of 36,250 each. The packing and preservation for the M9 Bayonet and Scabbard is Military B. Inspection and acceptance will be origin and delivery will be fob origin. The contract may also require submission of phosphate coating procedures and Acceptance Inspection Equipment (AIE).

THE TECHNICAL DATA IS EXPORT CONTROLLED. OFFERORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS IN ORDER TO ACCESS TECHNICAL DATA.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required to access the Technical Data Package (TDP) located at https://beta.sam.gov/. The offeror must sign and return the NDA to the buyer listed on page 1, block 10, of this SF33, to gain TDP access on https://beta.sam.gov/.

The TDP will only be available via the web link located in Section C of the solicitation.  Offerors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Export Control in order to access the TDP and must be certified to have export control TDP access. To register or to re-register please select the DD Form 2345 link on the JCP website https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/, and send to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation A Certificate, Sales Tax Identification form, or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company.
