ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFEROS
1. Questions Pertaining to RFQ. Offerors may submit questions pertaining to RFQ: M8 Decetion Stand no later
than 6 September 2017, 1:00PM, KST via email to [email protected] . The subject of the email shall be "Questions - RFQ: M8 Detection Stand." Offerors shall submit a quote no later than 8 September 2017,
01:00PM, Local time.
2. Quotation Preparation Instructions. This RFQ utilizes streamlined acquisition procedures. Offers will be
evaluated by the Government based on evaluation criteria listed below. The offeror quotation must demonstrate a
clear understanding of the solicitation requirement. The Korean offeror shall submit the quotation in Korean Won
Amount. The exchange rate: $1=1152.5242. The contractor shall submit the detailed specification with the specified delivery date for the proposed items. Failure to provide realistic, reasonable and complete proposal may reflect lack of understanding of the requirements and may result in a determination that the offeror is technically unacceptable.
a. The offeror(s) shall submit the following requirements IAW Para. 1 above.
1) Price Schedule for all Line Item Numbers.
2) Technical Proposal shall contain the descriptions/specification of each listed item with manufacturer
name and model/part number.
3) Delivery Lead Time: Offeror(s) must specify delivery time in your quotation.
4) Shipping Charges: Please indicate whether the shipping cost is inclusive or separate from your quoted
price.
