This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-20. The associated North American Industrial Classification System code and applicable size standard for this procurement are 334111 and 1,000, respectively.

This is a Request for Quotations, Number M67854-15-Q-4422, for the procurement of a MCEN-N Critical Infrastructure Refresh Non-NDAA Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) with 12-months Warranty Support to begin during the Base Year and Four (4) Option Years of Maintenance Support. This procurement is for the United States Marine Corps Systems Command, 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, VA 22134. Quotes are being solicited. This is a DPAS rated order with an assigned rating of DO-A7. Vendors should email all questions to Sophia Martin at [email protected].

The posting date for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 24 November 2014. Vendor's quotes for this requirement are due no later than 1:00pm EST (Local Time, Quantico, VA), 4 December 2014, and shall be submitted via email to Sophia Martin, [email protected] in response to the FedBizOpps posting. The agency shall consider quotations from all responsible sources.

It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. All vendors who provide goods or services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) via https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Online Certifications and Representations are also required. Failure to comply with SAM registration may deem vendor ineligible for award.

Failure to provide that information may cause the quote to be considered noncompliant with the vendor instructions.
