This is a RFI/Sources Sought to see if anyone is able to provide AEDC any M6 Propellant per MIL-P-46230 (PROPELLANT M6 FOR USE IN CHARGE PROPELLING, 175MM, M199 AND M86A2B1). This Mil Spec was canceled in 1997 and the vendor would likely have to make a special production run to provide it. We hope to have funding to procure 10000-15000 lbs in the next 6-12 months.

As an alternative, this particular powder would meet our requirements 155mm M30A2 Powder (NSN: 1376-01-055-8599).
