The Technical Data for this item is restricted and export controlled and requires submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The TDP can only be obtained via the internet. To obtain a copy of the TDP, a prospective offeror must sign and return Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP), and have access to FedBizOps.
