This is a sources sought for HubZone Companies. The anticipated FFP and T&M Hybrid Contract will be a 7 month base period plus 4 one year options. The Government intends to issue an RFP in the March 06 timeframe. A draft PWS, technical specificatio ns, and proposed labor categories description are available via email by POC.
