This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a firm fixed requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide crushed rock from Kolekole Quarry, located on Schofield Barracks, Hawaii by blasting, crushing, and transporting to various training areas on the island of Oahu - Schofield Barracks, Kahuku Training Area, Makua Military Reservation, South Range, East Range, Dillingham, and Kawailoa. Site visit is required prior to providing a quote. The site visit will be conducted on Wednesday 26 June 2013. Meet at the Range Division Office located at Bldg 1150 Beaver Road, Schofield Barracks, HI by 9:00am HI time and will head out to the Quarry by 9:30am HI Time. Planning to attend site visit, you must confirm and provide name and telephone number to Angela McColor at [email protected] by Tuesday 25 June 2013 at 2:00pm HI Time. Please bring a copy of the solicitation to the site visit. Quotes are due by July 18, 2013 at 10:00am HI time.
