This serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation for Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Operations will be posted to Army Single Face to Industry's (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S214T3000.

The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) facility operation support services. The major functional areas included in the work to be performed under this Performance Work Statement (PWS) are:

- POL Tank Monitoring and Testing
- Maintain Oil and Water Separator Skimmers
- Maintain Part Washers and Weapon Cleaners
- Building P-3829 Support Services to include pumping services, storage tank monitoring, containment dike maintenance and accepting JP-8 deliveries
- Contaminated Soil Building Support Services at Bldg P-2018

Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be quote mark Firm Fixed Price quote mark .

This procurement is a small business set-aside. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 562998, representations and certifications must also be on record. Both of these registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be completed at the time of quote.
