Sources Sought: This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Sources Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services, with a size standard of $7,000,000.00.
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) Support Services located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Some of the duties include: Provide all plant, labor, materials, parts, supervision, and equipment necessary to assure the effective performance of all POL facility operation support services. The major functional areas included in the work to be performed are:
- POL Tank Monitoring and Testing
- Maintain Oil and Water Separator Skimmers
- Maintain Part Washers and Weapon Cleaners
- Building P-3829 Support Services to include pumping services, storage tank monitoring, containment dike maintenance and accepting JP-8 deliveries
- Contaminated Soil Building Support Services at Bldg P-2018
-POL Support services require daily operation on Fort Drum, NY

-Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the company's capability to do this type of work
